Metal roofs have one thing in common with other roof systems, and that is they need maintenance. For the most part, metal roofs are excellent and will last a long time without any issues.
But there come a time when the gaskets and rubbers and sealants that are used against walls and panel transitions, need replacing. The neoprene washers used for holding the panels down also give away and cause leaks.
Instead of unscrewing every screw and replacing the washers and gaskets, we came with an easier fix for this problem.
Turbo Poly Seal is a product made from polyurethane and bituminous resins and stays pliable or flexible when applied. This product will bond to almost any surface except EPDM Rubber.
Turbo Poly Sewal comes with polyester fleece, and the combination of the resin and the fleece is what gives its strength.
