Turbo Poly Seal is an Easy Leak Repair Sealant for metal roofs, flashing, rubber roofs, chimney caps, and concrete cracks. This Roof Leak Repair Sealant combines Urethane and Asphalt to give it the elasticity and adhering properties on metal, asphalt, cement, concrete, and other surfaces.

Turbo Poly Seal does “Skin Over” during transit in the can. (approx. 1/4″)

Temperature Application: 20˚ F and above
Patching asphalt roofs and Torch Down Rubber
Please use the super silicone seal to repair any skylight. Turbo poly seal will not work on skylights.
Turbo Poly Seal is incompatible with EPDM Rubber; Do not use it to repair EPDM rubber.
Liquid Flashing – Vent pipes
Will not adhere to Glass or Silicone Surfaces
Shelf life after opening: 1 month (adequately sealed). Depending on the moisture and air trapped inside, it will form a thick skin after opening.
Applying a protective coating over the TPS against Ultra Violets is essential. Any paint can be used a few hours after curing.

Note: When repairing or sealing leaks with Turbo Poly Seal, ensure the surface is clean and free from oils, water, silicone, and debris. Applying over existing Tar and caulking will eventually fail.

Use a grinder with a wire brush to remove the bulk of old tar and caulking. Use Lacquer Thinners to remove any silicone residue. When grinding over silicone caulk, a very thin, unnoticeable film is left on the surface that should be removed.

I used this to seal screw heads on metal roof. Have been periodically replacing them as the rubber dried out. This will prevent me from having to continue replacing them.
