Black Super Silicone Seal is specially formulated to seal, protect, and extend the life of EPDM rubber roofs. Ideal for repairing seams and transitions, polyester fleece provides added reinforcement and flexibility. This high-performance sealant adheres to a wide range of surfaces, including metal, glass, concrete, cement, TPO, and EPDM rubber. Note: This product is not paintable.

Product Description
Black Super Silicone Seal adheres to most surfaces and can be applied at temperatures of 20°F. and up
Uses: Metal Roof Seam Repair – EPDM Seam Repair – Skylight Leak Repair – Chimney Cap Seal – Concrete Crack Repair, TPO membrane, Gutter Leak Repair
- Wear gloves and old clothes. This product will stain your clothes
- Use disposable brushes
- Use safety glasses when working with this sealant
- Use 120-grid sandpaper to roughen the surface where the sealant will be applied.
- For a cleaner appearance, tape off the area with masking tape
- Ensure the surface is thoroughly clean before applying Super Silicone Seal. Proper preparation leads to better results. Use lacquer thinners and a clean rag to remove any dirt, grease, or residues that could affect adhesion
- Make sure the surface is dry
- After applying Super Silicone Seal, use a clean rag to wipe the spills from the rest of the area. If necessary, a topcoat can be applied after 4 – 12 hours.

| Aquariums and Fish Ponds | Black Super Silicone Seal – For Aquarium and Pond Use To seal EPDM pond liner seams with Black Super Silicone Seal, start by thoroughly cleaning the surface with lacquer thinner and a clean rag to remove all dirt, oil, and residue. Cut a strip of polyester fleece to cover the seam, allowing for a 2–3 inch overlap on each side. Apply a generous layer of Black Super Silicone Seal directly onto the seam, then immediately press the fleece into the wet sealant. Use a disposable brush to firmly embed the fleece, smoothing out any air pockets. Apply a second coat of sealant over the top, making sure the fleece is fully saturated. Let the sealant cure undisturbed for 24 hours. Once cured, it creates a strong, flexible, and waterproof bond that’s non-toxic—safe for ponds with fish and aquatic plants. Avoid any water exposure during the curing process. |
