How to repair a flat roof leak:
1. The most common leak would be around the flashing
2. After locating the area, check if there is a crack between the metal and the wall
3. Most likely you will find caulking sealing the transition between the wall and flashing
4. Take an Angle Grinder and remove the paint from the metal to approximately 3″ above the flashing
5. Make sure the metal is also clean
6. Take Turbo poly Seal and brush a thick coat over the wall covering 2″ of wall and flashing
7. Take the Polyester Fleece and embed that into the Turbo poly seal
8. Apply a topcoat of Turbo Poly Seal over the fleece
9. After it has cured, paint a coat of Silver Coat protection over the Turbo to protect it against ultraviolets
