After repairing Skylight leaks for 30 years, I finally have found something that works. I have tried Caulking and Tapes, and none lasted.
You can repair any skylight if you just know what product to use. The most important part is to clean all the tar and caulking off from previous repairs.
Use Lacquer Thinners to wipe off the glass and use Super Silicone Seal to transition from the glass to the metal frame.

8 Steps on “How to repair Skylight leaks”:
1. Make sure the surface on the plexiglass or glass is dry
2. Remove debris and environmental dust settled between the glass and the retaining metal ring
3. Use masking tape to tape the glass leaving approximately 3/4″ exposed to the frame
4. Use sandpaper to rough up the surface of the glass (80 grit)
5. Apply 1 coat of Super Silicone Seal covering the glass and the frame
6. Cut the polyester fleece in half to be placed over the Super Silicone Seal making the transition from the glass to the skylight frame
7. Add a final coat of Super Silicone Seal over the Polyester Fleece
8. Remove the Masking Tape immediately after the final coat
9. Take a dry clean rag to wipe off any Super Silicone Seal that is on the glass or areas where it spilled
