The challenge was to Train 2 Rookies who had never been on a roof to Repair Metal Roof leaks in 25˚F temperatures in under 1 day and repair many other leaks simultaneously.
This company called us to come and repair many leaks in their metal roof. So we made a proposal that we would repair all the current leaks and also train 2 guys that they provide on how to fix metal roof leaks, locate the leaks, and show the techniques and materials we use.
