Training Rookies to install a Torch Down Roof in 5 hours – Part 1

This video shows how someone with no roofing experience can learn how to install a Torch Down roof in a short period of time
This 85,000 sq. ft roof is a tar and gravel roof and was leaking very bad. The owner did not want to spend $500, 000 to replace the roof. So, I suggested that I would train 2 guys that have been with him for many years to Install a Torch Down Roof over the existing Tar and Gravel for a fee.
My fee and expenses: $17000
Cost of materials: $120,000
Cost of labor: $40,000
The result is a roof that will last 40 years and beyond
