To buy Turbo Poly Seal or Super Silicone Seal – https://bergstromm.com/

This is a must-see for anyone that has a commercial metal roof that is leaking. I show how to make the proper repairs and also show a Flexibility test between the 5 products. Turbo Poly Seal, Flex Seal Spray, Flex Seal Liquid, Super Silicone Seal.

To ensure a proper Metal Roof Seam repair, apply the following steps:
1. Remove all old tar and caulking
2. Remove the securing bar that holds the 2 overlapping panels together
3. Use a grinder with a hard steel brush to clean the surface
4. Fasten the overlapping seams with pan head screws. Do not use the original hex bolts that were used before.
5. Apply one coat of Turbo Poly Seal
6. Embed the Polyester Fleece into the sealant
7. Apply another layer of the Turbo Poly Seal over the fleece
8. Dab coat all adjacent hex screws with Turbo Poly seal
8. After waiting 24 hours use Aluminum Asphalt paint to cover the entire repair area

Using this method ensures that your metal roof will last a long time, repairing the seams.
